John is a writer and performer who won 2Northdown’s New Act Competition in 2022. He made his Edinburgh Fringe debut in 2023 with his one-man show ‘The Last Living Libertine’, produced by Country Mile Productions and directed by the late Adam Brace. The show sold-out both its Edinburgh and Soho Theatre runs and received huge critical acclaim, it was one of the British Comedy Guide’s top reviewed shows of the Fringe.
John has been described by The List as “one of the most personable and truly funny talents” on the comedy scene, and has performed in venues across the UK and the USA, including Chicago’s Second City and New York’s UCB Theatre. He is currently developing various scripted ideas for screen and recently filmed his first TV stand-up set for Comedy Central.
