Becky Williams

Becky came to agenting via a career in television where she worked in both development and post-production. She assisted at Emptage Hallett before joining DAA Management in 2010. Since launching Hatch, she has continued to grow her list with a focus on writer/performers, taking inspiration from her previous position in TV development. She has a passion for all areas of the industry but a particular love for comedy and her clients can be seen in leading roles in some of the UK’s most beloved series.

Michael Ford

Michael has been an agent for over two decades. He was born in Bristol and lived in Manchester & London before travelling the World. Michael worked at RDF Media and DAA growing a list of Actors working Internationally that he took with him to Hatch. He's a keen fan of new writing, gritty drama, dark comedy and loves a good David Attenborough series. Michael is a supporter of Médicins Sans Frontières and LFC.

Vic Murray

Vic’s experience spans across 20 years representing a diverse range of actors across film, theatre and television. In 2002, she set up the highly regarded RDF Management alongside Debi Allen, where she managed her own list of clients. In 2009, Vic launched her own company, continuing to nurture and grow an accomplished list of actors and creatives from both sides of the Atlantic. In 2015 she re-joined Debi and her team at DAA prior to forming Hatch. Vic’s personal approach to managing her clients ensures they are constantly developing and evolving on their journey, be it on stage or screen.

Assistants

Lucy Nooshin

Lucy graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in Drama and English. She then ran her own drama education company and worked as a reader for the BFI. After casting the child lead in a BIFA nominated feature film she joined Michael Ford at DAA Management. Lucy has now worked in talent management for ten years as an assistant and agent, and is passionate about developing new talent.

Molly Wills

Molly hails from Somerset and has worked with a few Agency’s for the last 5 years. She's lived in London, Cornwall and done a stint in Colombia too. A keen swimmer, she’s in the Sea as much as humanly possible. A sucker for a classic police drama, and often found cackling away at the latest BBC3 comedy.

Mia Pavey

Mia Pavey graduated from the University of Surrey in 2020 where she studied English literature and Creative Writing. Before joining Hatch, Mia had 2 years experience in PR, where she led and worked across various music and entertainment campaigns. Having always been passionate about film, theatre and television, Mia switched up careers to reflect this, and is now working as Vic Murray's assistant.

Olu Abulude

Olu graduated from the University of Reading in 2019 with a degree in Film and Theatre and shortly after worked as an Account Executive at a design agency. She then moved into the world of talent management, assisting a Talent Agent with their list of presenters at Curtis Brown. Having a passion for both film and nurturing talent, Olu joined Becky Williams as her assistant and now helps across her roster of actors.

Katie Donovan

Katie is a registered bookkeeper with the IAB, and she has previously won the International Association of Book-keepers’ Finance and Small Business ‘Bookkeeper of the Year award’. Katie has a passion for photography and has an enthusiasm for fundraising and a love for cats.
