Sy Thomas

Sy Thomas is an actor, writer, and stand-up comedian. In 2024 Sy makes his feature film debut in Jim Owen’s comedy ‘Hostages’; as well as playing the lead in the upcoming short films ‘Kitty’, ‘The Turnaround’, and ‘Teach’. Sy’s debut short ‘Breakdown’ – written and performed with Oliver Britten – was selected for 17 international film festivals, and nominated for 10 awards, winning 3. He was nominated for ‘Best Actor’ at UVFF for his performance. Sy’s comedic acting skills have been honed through years working as a stand-up comedian.
