Renee is known for playing series regular Joyce Highland on BBC’s popular period drama series, ‘Call The Midwife’ since series 13. Further notable credits include the series regular role of ‘Leila’ in season 2 of the BBC/Netflix show ‘Rebel Cheer Squad’ and the recurring role of ‘Paris’ in BBC3’s BAFTA Award winning miniseries ‘Mood’, and a guest role in Channel 4 and HBO’s ‘Get Millie Black’. Renee recently guest-starred in the BBC Three Aimee Lou Wood comedy ‘Film Club’. She will next be seen in ‘JaJa’s African Hair Braiding’ stageplay at the Lyric Hammersmith from March 18th – April 25th 2026.
