Becky came to agenting via a career in television where she worked in both development and post-production. She assisted at Emptage Hallett before joining DAA Management in 2010. Since launching Hatch, she has continued to grow her list with a focus on writer/performers, taking inspiration from her previous position in TV development. She has a passion for all areas of the industry but a particular love for comedy and her clients can be seen in leading roles in some of the UK’s most beloved series.

Michael has been an agent for over two decades. He was born in Bristol and lived in Manchester & London before travelling the World. Michael worked at RDF Media and DAA growing a list of Actors working Internationally that he took with him to Hatch. He's a keen fan of new writing, gritty drama, dark comedy and loves a good David Attenborough series. Michael is a supporter of Médicins Sans Frontières and LFC.

Vic’s experience spans across 20 years representing a diverse range of actors across film, theatre and television. In 2002, she set up the highly regarded RDF Management alongside Debi Allen, where she managed her own list of clients. In 2009, Vic launched her own company, continuing to nurture and grow an accomplished list of actors and creatives from both sides of the Atlantic. In 2015 she re-joined Debi and her team at DAA prior to forming Hatch. Vic’s personal approach to managing her clients ensures they are constantly developing and evolving on their journey, be it on stage or screen.

Mia graduated from the University of Surrey in 2020 where she studied English Literature and Creative Writing. Before joining Hatch, she had 2 years experience in Music & Entertainment PR. Having always been passionate about film, theatre and television, with a particular love for Musical Theatre, Mia switched up careers to reflect this. In 2022, she joined Hatch as Vic Murray's assistant, helping to manage and nurture her client's careers. After almost 3 years in this role, Mia has been promoted to Associate Agent where she is excited to start growing her own list, as well as continuing to work with Vic and her clients.

Nia graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BSc in Psychology, before continuing her studies at Kings College London and earning an MSc in Mental Health, Ethics and Law. Having worked as an actor throughout her teenage years and interning with a company providing Welfare Services for Film/TV whilst studying, she knew she wanted to continue working within the industry. Nia is thrilled to be taking her next steps on this journey at Hatch as Becky’s assistant!

Sophie is a graduate of the University of Manchester. She has worked in film production and as a casting assistant for commercials and musical theatre. Sophie is a keen swimmer, and a lover of Shakespeare, comedy and crime drama.

Alice studied History at the University of Nottingham, graduating in 2022. She worked with children with special educational needs before joining the Hatch team as Michael's assistant. Alice loves British comedy and cooking for friends and family.
