Michael has been an agent for over two decades. He was born in Bristol and lived in Manchester & London before travelling the World. Michael was an Agent at RDF Media and then DAA, establishing a list of Actors working Internationally, that he took with him when he opened Hatch in 2017. He's a keen fan of new writing, gritty drama, dark comedy and loves a good David Attenborough series. Michael is a supporter of Médicins Sans Frontières and LFC.

Vic brings over 20 years of experience representing actors across film, theatre, and television.
She co-founded the respected RDF Management in 2002, before launching her own company in 2009 to support a growing roster of talent on both sides of the Atlantic. In 2017, she co-founded Hatch with Michael and Becky.

Known for her hands-on, personal approach, Vic champions artists at every stage of their careers helping them evolve, thrive, and succeed on stage and screen.

Mia graduated from the University of Surrey in 2020 where she studied English Literature and Creative Writing. Before joining Hatch, she had 2 years experience in Music & Entertainment PR. Having always been passionate about film, theatre and television, with a particular love for Musical Theatre, Mia switched up careers to reflect this. In 2022, she joined Hatch as Vic Murray's assistant, helping to manage and nurture her client's careers. In October 2024, she was promoted to Associate Agent and is excited to develop her own list, as well as continuing to work with Vic and her clients.

Sophie is a graduate of the University of Manchester. She has worked in film production and as a casting assistant for commercials and musical theatre. Sophie is a keen swimmer, and a lover of Shakespeare, comedy and crime drama.

Alice studied History at the University of Nottingham, graduating in 2022. She worked with children with special educational needs before joining the Hatch team as Michael's assistant. Alice loves British comedy and cooking for friends and family.
