Kate Cheka is an award-winning comedian, writer and artist. Her sold out, self-produced debut Edinburgh Fringe show ‘A Messiah Comes’ was award-nominated, received critical acclaim and a Soho Theatre run. It’s now on a UK wide tour.
The Funny Women Stage Award winner 2023, she has also been a finalist for DIVA Magazine Queer Comedian of the Year 2025; Chortle Best Newcomer 2024; NextUp Biggest Award in Comedy Best Newcomer 2024; and a regional finalist at the BBC New Comedy Awards 2022.
