Amy is originally from Keighley in West Yorkshire and now lives in West London. She played supporting lead Ruth in ‘Manor’ , a new play by Moira Buffini, directed by Fiona Buffini, and Mrs Ryder in ‘Small Island’, both for the National Theatre.
For television, Amy has appeared in ‘Holby City’, ‘Call the Midwife’ and ‘Emmerdale’. She plays the recurring role of PC Hanley in ‘Coronation Street’.
